Following this, we will coordinate a complimentary courier collection service for your samples, either on the same day or the subsequent working day. Please take note of the following:

The collection service operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday (not time-specific).

Kindly avoid sample collection and pickup scheduling on Fridays, weekends, or during bank holidays. Samples should be delivered to our laboratory within two days of collection.

The courier will supply and affix the delivery label onto the bag.

Please ensure that all parties involved are aware of the scheduled collection. Please be aware that failed collection attempts incur a fee of £25.

Your test results will be emailed to you approximately 14 days after the collection date.
